A fully guided immersion combining intelligent movement, fascia release, elemental awareness and deeply restorative sound, grounded in yogic chakra principles and sensory experience.

The Experience Structure
50-Minute Movement & Fascia Release Session
A guided, element- and chakra-informed movement practice using gentle, intelligent sequences alongside balls, props and supported release techniques.
Each session is shaped by an elemental focus, influencing movement quality, pace and intention:
- Earth — grounding, stability and lower body support (root chakra)
- Water — fluidity, hips, spine and adaptability (sacral chakra)
- Fire — warmth, strength, circulation and vitality (solar plexus chakra)
- Air — breath, openness, shoulders and chest, supporting expansion and lightness (heart chakra)
(Sessions may also touch on subtler elements through breath, sound and stillness.)
20-Minute Sound Immersion & Yoga Nidra
A fully guided sound journey paired with Yoga Nidra, designed to settle the nervous system and integrate the movement experience. Spatial sound, vibration and rhythm reflect the elemental theme, supporting deep rest and internal awareness.
Integration & Tea Ceremony (20 minutes)
A mindful tea ceremony to ground, integrate and close the experience, allowing time for reflection, connection and gentle re-entry before returning to the day.
